One of the only shops I would trust with my RS5. Frank(foreman) is very honest and fair in his pricing. His many years of experience is icing on the cake in a shop that has a lot of the equipment a certified dealership uses. Will continue to service with him and send all of my friends to this shop.
German specialist mechanic who will also work on Mini Coopers since they’re made by bmw. They solved all of the issues I was having with my car, it’s diagnostic system and they recharged my a/c. It’s a small shop but there were Porche’s and nice Audi’s so I felt confident that they’d take good care of my old mini.
I spent the majority of this past winter with my A7 going from shop to shop with not one of them being able to properly diagnose or fix the engine trouble I was having. I finally found Frank and Rayteam Automotive and all he had to do was start the engine and he immediately knew what was going on. I’ve renamed this dude ” Lord of The Rings” because he knows Audi’s like the back of his hand. Beyond being a great mechanic he’s a wonderful businessman that truly takes pride in his work as well as delivering the upmost customer service. This is my new mechanic from now until he stops fixing cars!!!!
